TAHITI

Day 1:
Pick up your yacht at Baie Apooiti, Raiatea at noon. Sail through passe paipai and a 5-hour reach brings you to Bora Bora. Enter through Passe Teavanui and spend the night at Motu Toopua, where there are several excellent anchorages and great snorkeling.

Day 2:
Pointe Raititi is just a short sail away inside the lagoon. Anchor off the beach at the Bora Bora hotel. Swim, snorkel, take your dinghy and explore the southern reefs, or have the hotel arrange a jeep tour of the island.

Day 3:
Cruise and explore the spectacular lagoon, and at the end of the day, anchor at the Bora Bora yacht club.

Day 4:
Get an early start back to Raiatea. Spend the night in the beautiful Baie Faaroa.

Day 5:
In the morning, dinghy up the Apoomau River. Then sail the lagoon to Nao Nao ot Ilot Haaio for swimming, snorkeling, and the night's anchor

Day 6:
Set sail early through Passe te Ava Moa for Huahine, a 6-hour close reach. Anchor off the beach.

Day 7:
A new lagoon to explore! Anchor for the night at Port Bourayne or Baie d'Avea.

Day 8:
Sail back to Tahaa. Enter through Passe Toahotu and anchor in Baie Haamene. Have dinner at Hibiscus.

Day 9:
circumnavigate Tahaa inside the reef. Stop at Motu Tuvahine or anchor off patio and visit the local villages. Anchor for the night in Baie Apu.

Day 10:
return to the base at Raiatea by noon.
