Waterfalls
Alaska offers adventure, scenery and wildlife. Alaska is an experience with virtually no sign of civilization. Beautiful snowcapped mountains surround you with 13,000 miles of remote coastline and over a 1,000 islands. Enormous glacial waterfalls are plentiful among the Fjords with huge glaciers curing down through the mountains to the sea. Rugged and remote it provides an increasingly rare look at the beauty of unpopulated wilderness.
Alaska offers a multitude of different wildlife, from the great Humpback, Orca and

Orca Breaching
Minke whales wallowing in the water off the bow and at times completely surrounding you as you drift, to the Black and Grizzly Bears meandering along the beaches, being viewed up close when fishing for Salmon. The bird life is not to be out done offering a wide choice to watch from Eagles to Terns, Puffins, Guillemots and Murrelets. And last but certainly not least the Sea Otters, Fur Seals and Sea Lions are very abundant.
7 Days in Alaska
Fjord-filled Fun in Alaska
Day 1: With your yacht anchored off Graving Island, it is the perfect place fly in and start your vacation. The tender ride down the Tongass Narrows is beautiful. After settling aboard, your yacht will depart for Menefee Inlet, a remote, 3 mile long, 1 mile wide inlet located on Ernest Sound for a night of complete isolation. It’s the perfect start to the trip and a great opportunity to spend an evening stargazing.
Day 2: In the morning a 2 hour cruise to the Bear Observatory at Anan Bay allows the guests the unbelievable opportunity of watching bears emerge from the forest and catch Salmon fighting their way up river over the waterfalls to their summer spawning grounds. A great way to pass the morning before enjoying a lovely lunch whilst underway to the stunning anchorage of Fool’s Inlet. A good place to catch fresh Dungeness Crab before cocktails at Sun set.
Day 3: With lots of fresh crab for lunch, get underway early for the 70 mile trip to Petersburg. This passage follows the Bradfield Canal with it’s spectacular high mountains on both sides and crosses the summer strait to the Wrangell Narrows. Petersburg also known as Little Norway is a good time to try the local cuisine and have dinner ashore.

Iceberg
Day 4: Thomas Bay is the next stop to enjoy lunch. A great spot to spend the afternoon fishing for Halibut before moving on and anchoring in the incredibly beautiful Scenery Cove. Here it is possible to tender ride over to the ice and explore the face of Baird Glacier.
Day 5: Cruising further north the guests will have the unforgettable experience of seeing the Humpback Whales frequently jumping out of the water in Stephen’s Passage. Anchoring overnight in William Cove with it’s gorgeous views across Holkham Bay to Sumdom Glacier. A fabulous time to bring out the kayaks and do some solo exploring, however, make sure you are bundled up.

Sea Lions
Day 6: Getting an early start for the trip to see the spectacular Sawyer Glaciers up the Tracy’s Arm passage, your guests can take in the high-sided fjord filled with icebergs that have calved from the glacier. The first stop is North Sawyer Glacier – as you approach it is possible to hear it creak and groan as it inches toward the sea. Continuing towards Sawyer’s south glacier, until the ice gets too thick, the guests can enjoy a tender ride allowing them a closer look at the glacier and surrounding icebergs, which are home to basking harbor seals. Return to William Cove anchorage for the night.
Day 7: Ending this amazing vacation with the last cruise of 52 miles to Taku Harobr where guests can either try their luck at catching Salmon or explore the old Cannery ruins. After lunch (of hopefully fresh caught Salmon) it’s time for the final leg of the journey to Juneau where the old town offers many attractions to view before departing to the Airport.
